Pinot Noir, a precious French variety, finds in the hills of Olivola the most suitable environment for its needs, to express itself proudly in all its elegance and complexity. Welcomed in the vineyard "Funtanin," named after the old fountain that stood at its summit, the variety rises to a Pinot Noir with ruby shades, refined in its still young notes of red fruits, blackberry, and violet; elegant on the palate, yet at the same time full-bodied and of great depth. Nuances of the variety accentuated by a unique terroir: the Funtanin vineyard can be defined as the Pinot Noir cru among the hills of Monferrato.
